Working Process

  • The perfume will enter the system at 20.
  • Keep recycle valve ON till out temp. gauge shows -5 (2 - 3 mins. max.).
  • Once out temp. gauge shows -5 close the recycle valve.
  • Now the first cooling stage will happen from 20 to 5 .
  • Then second stage cooling will happen from 5 to -5 .
  • Now perfume will goto into filter at -5 & out from filter at -5 .
  • Now perfume will be heated to around 10 - 15 .
  • Perfume will come out from the outlet system.
